Company`s Capital Structure

Capital structure by 31 December 2007

The company`s capital amounts to BGN 1 000 000 (one million) allotted into 1 000 000 (one million) dematerialized shares at the nominal and emissions share price of BGN 1 (one) each.

By 31 December 2007 there are two shareholders of the company`s capital who are physical persons: Momchil Dimitrov Avramov and Petar Yordanov Tabov who hold equal number of shares.
